By 2021, she proudly opened her very first brick-and-mortar beauty salon, realizing a long-held dream. In 2024, Shanida's dedication and expertise led her to assemble her dream team and establish a mentorship program, shaping the next generation of beauty professionals.

Certified as a master extensions specialist and licensed in cosmetology and eyelash extensions, Shanida is committed to excellence and innovation in the beauty industry. Beyond her salon, she founded Evolution Beauty School, providing aspiring beauty professionals with the knowledge and skills to thrive in their careers. Additionally, Shanida hosts the popular Beauty and Collaboration Mixer, fostering connections and collaboration within the beauty community.

Expanding her impact, Shanida now supports both new and seasoned beautypreneurs in achieving financial sustainability. Leveraging her extensive background in finance, she assists beauty professionals with financial literacy, business coaching, and provides resources on obtaining funding, securing investments, and much more. Her goal is to empower beautypreneurs with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed financially.
